TaeKwondo

Great TaeKwondo class for Matthew today! He did everything he was told and did it well. If you don't know, this is a very strict sport and here it is considered a "discipline sport" which I'm pretty sure most martial arts are considered around the world.

Also, Julian slept REALLY well though the night last night. Just one wake up around 11pm to nurse, then a little later, a five minute cry and after that, slept till 5:30am. For those that don't know, sleeping till only 5:30am is a great welcome if they'll just sleep through the night! Happy, happy!
